Joe Ingelborgh charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joe Ingelborgh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Darisdonk got a freekick which was hit by Joe Ingelborgh. Charles-Louis Dewolf made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Brend Haemers. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Dave Doku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Doku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurt Van Brussel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurt Van Brussel stood somewhat misplaced when Alfons De Ryck came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. After 17th play minutes Alfons De Ryck shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Kurt Van Brussel and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Lecleir Sniffing Squad getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dave Doku hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Guilian Goemyne notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Joeri Mons. Joeri Mons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brian Goegebeur during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Brian Goegebeur hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Charles-Louis Dewolf in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Brend Haemers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfons De Ryck got free with Kurt Van Brussel in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guilian Goemyne took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joeri Mons. Joeri Mons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 31st minute, Waut Spoelberch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Lecleir Sniffing Squad booed when Darisdonk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joe Ingelborgh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's attentive Oscar De Boel managed to snatch the ball when Albert Sas made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. Alfons De Ryck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kurt Van Brussel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Darisdonk's goal looked a bit too open when Joannes Iwens came free, but Kurt Van Brussel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Albert Sas in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Oscar De Boel. Joeri Mons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Goegebeur in the 48th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guilian Goemyne to strike the kick off in the second half. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Joeri Mons proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Lecleir Sniffing Squad from getting a goal against them. Kurt Van Brussel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar De Boel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Van De Broeck's late challenge caught a Darisdonk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giles Van De Broeck helped the player get up and apologised. Giles Van De Broeck hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Alfons De Ryck put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kurt Van Brussel. Kurt Van Brussel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfons De Ryck's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Kurt Van Brussel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Doku, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Jozef Van Cleijnenbreugel charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jozef Van Cleijnenbreugel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute Joannes Iwens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Van Brussel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darisdonk's Kurt Van Brussel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar De Boel in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Alfons De Ryck made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurt Van Brussel was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfons De Ryck in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Van Brussel saved Darisdonk from getting behind. After 83 minutes of play, Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Oscar De Boel made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurt Van Brussel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 minutes, Alfons De Ryck made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Darisdonk's Kurt Van Brussel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Lecleir Sniffing Squad getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Joannes Iwens hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilian Goemyne in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joeri Mons saved Lecleir Sniffing Squad from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joannes Iwens in the 94th minute of play forced Darisdonk's goalkeeper Kurt Van Brussel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, Darisdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joe Ingelborgh to maneuver through the defense. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Oscar De Boel got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
