Spectators: 7974 (Terracing: 5982, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) After 6 minutes, Jeremie De Block mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FuglyMugs and the Club Waulsort players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Club Waulsort. Ian Smets stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Steffen Verhaeghen. 0-1. Roger Van Clijnenbreugel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent De Marrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Dyllan Roeland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FuglyMugs's Steffen Verhaeghen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FuglyMugs defense, Dyllan Roeland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steffen Verhaeghen. The FuglyMugs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steffen Verhaeghen should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Dauwe in the 18th minute of play forced FuglyMugs's goalkeeper Steffen Verhaeghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Van Haerschot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dyllan Roeland took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steffen Verhaeghen. Steffen Verhaeghen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With 30 minutes on the clock, Roland Leclerq commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, FuglyMugs's Claus Pauwels got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Roger Van Clijnenbreugel. Steffen Verhaeghen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludwig Dauwe went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Ludwig Dauwe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Verhaeghen having to interfere. Club Waulsort's Tomas Van Haerschot got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludwig Dauwe to make the kick off. Claus Pauwels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Van Clijnenbreugel having to interfere. After having played for 53 minutes, Ludwig Dauwe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Waulsort's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludwig Dauwe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kent De Marrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent De Marrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Roger Van Clijnenbreugel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Waulsort's goalkeeper Roger Van Clijnenbreugel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When FuglyMugs's Kent De Marrez in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Waulsort's goalie prevented a goal. Roger Van Clijnenbreugel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claus Pauwels in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludwig Dauwe got free with Steffen Verhaeghen in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 77 played minutes FuglyMugs got a freekick which was hit by Jeremie De Block. After a defensive mix-up in Club Waulsort's zone, Kent De Marrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Van Clijnenbreugel came out of the goal and Kent De Marrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacob Van De Velden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roger Van Clijnenbreugel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Celis in the 85th minute of play. Steffen Verhaeghen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludwig Dauwe in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Club Waulsort's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Pauwels came free, but Roger Van Clijnenbreugel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Club Waulsort's Ludwig Dauwe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steffen Verhaeghen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5.
