If Gust Swiggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gust Swiggers in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evert Visch saved Groove Athletic from getting behind. Gust Swiggers who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Evert Visch when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gust Swiggers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evert Visch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Xhoris's Gust Swiggers got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tuure Jamieson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Visch having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Gust Swiggers got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Xhoris were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Groove Athletic's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gust Swiggers took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Gust Swiggers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evert Visch quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Evert Visch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuure Jamieson in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Xhoris got a corner. Groove Athletic's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gust Swiggers ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gust Swiggers almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Groove Athletic's Evert Visch did a great save. Tuure Jamieson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Visch having to interfere. Tuure Jamieson might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evert Visch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tuure Jamieson ran back to his position shaking his head. Tuure Jamieson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Evert Visch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Gust Swiggers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Tuure Jamieson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Evert Visch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute Gust Swiggers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Visch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Groove Athletic's Evert Visch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuure Jamieson in the 65th minute of play. Evert Visch was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Gust Swiggers put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Evert Visch. 85 minutes into the match, Xhoris's Gust Swiggers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evert Visch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evert Visch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gust Swiggers in the 87th minute of the match. Groove Athletic's Evert Visch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gust Swiggers in the 90th minute of play. If Gust Swiggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, Tuure Jamieson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Visch. Groove Athletic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tuure Jamieson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Xhoris's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
