Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ernest van Elderen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ernest van Elderen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Van Brussel having to interfere. Matthew Marriott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Kurt Van Brussel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, KSV Ursene's Ernest van Elderen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Matthew Marriott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Van Brussel having to interfere. After some careless play in the KSV Ursene defense, Brian Goegebeur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brent-Jan Van der Roost. The KSV Ursene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brent-Jan Van der Roost should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, KSV Ursene's Ernest van Elderen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Darisdonk's goalkeeper Kurt Van Brussel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paul Huijsmans kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. KSV Ursene's Ernest van Elderen got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Darisdonk defense, Ernest van Elderen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kurt Van Brussel. The Darisdonk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kurt Van Brussel should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Guilian Goemyne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilian Goemyne in the 30th minute of the match. KSV Ursene's Ernest van Elderen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Matthew Marriott came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the KSV Ursene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthew Marriott couldn't finish the play. Ernest van Elderen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kurt Van Brussel having to make a save. Tibau Gillis struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Kurt Van Brussel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KSV Ursene. Paul Huijsmans kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ernest van Elderens short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Kurt Van Brussel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guilian Goemyne made a kick off. Kurt Van Brussel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest van Elderen in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Matthew Marriott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kurt Van Brussel. Darisdonk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthew Marriott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After some careless play in the Darisdonk defense, Tibau Gillis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kurt Van Brussel. The Darisdonk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kurt Van Brussel should have stopped the shot. Darisdonk's Kurt Van Brussel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest van Elderen in the 61st minute of play. Christiaan Gielens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Van Brussel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest van Elderen in the 65th minute of play forced Darisdonk's goalkeeper Kurt Van Brussel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Van Brussel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernest van Elderen's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Ernest van Elderen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ernest van Elderen might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurt Van Brussel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernest van Elderen ran back to his position shaking his head. Joppe Van Herendael struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Kurt Van Brussel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KSV Ursene. If Ernest van Elderen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Goegebeur's late challenge caught a KSV Ursene's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brian Goegebeur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Brian Goegebeur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Ernest van Elderen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KSV Ursene fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Ernest van Elderen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Kurt Van Brussel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Matthew Marriott made a precise shot to the right of Kurt Van Brussel. Darisdonk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KSV Ursene had played much better football throughout.
