Spectators: 8039 (Terracing: 6030, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hendrik-Jan Vereyt started the match with the kick off. When Miguel Rondou came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the De Wellense Pottestampers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Rondou couldn't finish the play. In the 4th minute, Mats Philippaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute of the match Miguel Rondou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pierre-Paul De nuijter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. De Wellense Pottestampers's Miguel Rondou was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pierre-Paul De nuijter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pierre-Paul De nuijter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matías Suárez went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Hendrik-Jan Vereyt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Radowit Pliszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hendrik-Jan Vereyt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SK Heikruis booed when De Wellense Pottestampers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Viator didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Anthony Lenoir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Wellense Pottestampers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Heikruis the free kick. Anthony Lenoir hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Ray Vandewalle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Heikruis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ray Vandewalle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. De Wellense Pottestampers's Radowit Pliszka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendrik-Jan Vereyt in the 30th minute of play. Hendrik-Jan Vereyt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Rondou to strike the kick off in the second half. Radowit Pliszka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hendrik-Jan Vereyt in the 55th minute of the match. Freddy Haeselaers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenn Correyns hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hendrik-Jan Vereyt in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radowit Pliszka saved De Wellense Pottestampers from getting behind. Pierre-Paul De nuijter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Lenoir, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Matías Suárez might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pierre-Paul De nuijter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matías Suárez ran back to his position shaking his head. Hendrik-Jan Vereyt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre-Paul De nuijter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Haeselaers, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 82nd match minute, De Wellense Pottestampers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Suárez to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes SK Heikruis got a freekick which was hit by Hendrik-Jan Vereyt. In the 85th minute of the match Kenn Correyns sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radowit Pliszka skillfully saved the ball. Pierre-Paul De nuijter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Rondou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre-Paul De nuijter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Lenoir in the 89th minute of the match. Freddy Haeselaers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pierre-Paul De nuijter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Hendrik-Jan Vereyt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Pliszka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, De Wellense Pottestampers's goal looked a bit too open when Ray Vandewalle came free, but Radowit Pliszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. De Wellense Pottestampers's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
