V.D.B. Foundation's Ivan Cox played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thibaud De Weijgaert in the 5th minute of play. Mateo Vanhove showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greg Van Eersel, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 8 minutes, Willy van Eycken made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. V.D.B. Foundation's Ivan Cox tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11thth minute of the game Cedric Bouman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but V.D.B. Foundation's Ivan Cox was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Greg Van Eersel charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Greg Van Eersel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, V.D.B. Foundation was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greg Van Eersel to maneuver through the defense. If Cedric Bouman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of pipoignons booed when V.D.B. Foundation was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristan Mangelschot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cedric Bouman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ivan Cox firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ivan Cox made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Cedric Bouman sent off a good shot on target. If Cedric Bouman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Bob Le Page had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Vanhove. pipoignons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bob Le Page was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mateo Vanhove came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by V.D.B. Foundation's Greg Van Eersel. But to his dismay, Greg Van Eersel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bob Le Page struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mateo Vanhove didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for V.D.B. Foundation.

In the 52nd minute, Tibaut Elssen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cedric Bouman came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the pipoignons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cedric Bouman couldn't finish the play. Greg Van Eersel hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute of the match Nick Selleslags sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Cox skillfully saved the ball. When Geordy Verelst fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored V.D.B. Foundation's protests and gave Geordy Verelst a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, V.D.B. Foundation was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geordy Verelst to maneuver through the defense. When Cedric Bouman came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the pipoignons fans jumped to their feet. Ivan Cox didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willy van Eycken went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the match, V.D.B. Foundation's goal looked a bit too open when Willy van Eycken came free, but Ivan Cox reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Cedric Bouman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Cox. V.D.B. Foundation's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cedric Bouman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 79th minute, Cedric Bouman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Cox was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After a rather tough play, pipoignons's Octaaf Descamps got a free kick in the 81st minute. Willy van Eycken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tristan Mangelschot kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After some careless play in the V.D.B. Foundation defense, Nick Selleslags kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Cox. The V.D.B. Foundation fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Cox should have stopped the shot. pipoignons's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
