Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Sempels took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Hendrik-Jan Vereyt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Heikruis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hendrik-Jan Vereyt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pierre-Paul De nuijter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Sempels, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ray Vandewalle in the 11th minute of play. Vicente De Cock charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente De Cock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 15th minute of the match Vicente De Cock completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vicente De Cock a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 16 played minutes SK de jeankes got a freekick which was hit by Vicente De Cock. 17 minutes into the game, Walter Wortelaert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Heikruis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK de jeankes the free kick. In the 17th minute, Walter Wortelaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Robbrecht Rauvoets got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When SK de jeankes's Marco Sempels in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SK Heikruis's goalie prevented a goal. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hendrik-Jan Vereyt, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gilliam Berghmans hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Gust Neefs shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joonatan Van Houdtvinck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Hendrik-Jan Vereyt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joonatan Van Houdtvinck was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in SK de jeankes's zone, Ray Vandewalle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck came out of the goal and Ray Vandewalle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hendrik-Jan Vereyt struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Heikruis. Ray Vandewalle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th play minute Ray Vandewalle came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joonatan Van Houdtvinck. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hendrik-Jan Vereyt to make the kick off. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ray Vandewalle went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 57 minutes of play, SK Heikruis's Ray Vandewalle made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck was left in no man's land by his defense there! SK de jeankes's Joonatan Van Houdtvinck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendrik-Jan Vereyt in the 61st minute of play. Ray Vandewalle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Sempels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robbrecht Rauvoets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marco Sempels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ray Vandewalle struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. After 80 played minutes SK de jeankes got a freekick which was hit by Robbrecht Rauvoets. If Hendrik-Jan Vereyt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gust Neefs in the 86th minute of play forced SK de jeankes's goalkeeper Joonatan Van Houdtvinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ray Vandewalle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Ray Vandewalle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Heikruis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ray Vandewalle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Heikruis walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
