Daevy Caers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kobe Tilens, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kobe Tilens in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daevy Caers saved Forza Omar Los Diabolos from getting behind. Benny Devos made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Raf Iansens sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Etienne Peten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC The Smokers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerrit Philippaerts in the 31st minute of play forced Forza Omar Los Diabolos's goalkeeper Daevy Caers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benny Devos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raf Iansens went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the game, Tom Keuppens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC The Smokers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Omar Los Diabolos the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raf Iansens got free with Benny Devos in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 played minutes FC The Smokers got a freekick which was hit by Roderik De Smet. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The wind increased when Raf Iansens made the kick off in the second half. Benny Devos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raf Iansens in the 54th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Forza Omar Los Diabolos's Gerard Ryers seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gerard Ryers the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Forza Omar Los Diabolos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gerard Ryers had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 59th minute, one of Forza Omar Los Diabolos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Forza Omar Los Diabolos. 62 minutes into the match, Brecht Dewolf notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Forza Omar Los Diabolos's Daevy Caers. Daevy Caers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, FC The Smokers's Kobe Tilens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. After a rather tough play, Forza Omar Los Diabolos's Rein Verhaegen got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 100th minute Kobe Tilens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daevy Caers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 100 minutes into the match, Forza Omar Los Diabolos's goal looked a bit too open when Kobe Tilens came free, but Daevy Caers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
