Spectators: 8029 (Terracing: 6023, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 160) Boechout's Jef Rouvoet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richey Wuijts in the 5th minute of play forced Boechout's goalkeeper Antonio Van Geertruyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Richey Wuijts made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Van Geertruyen. Boechout's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Christopher Bal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KFC Warnetosn's Rocky De Putter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Warnetosn from getting a goal against them. Richey Wuijts took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Van Geertruyen. Antonio Van Geertruyen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 19th match minute, KFC Warnetosn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richey Wuijts to maneuver through the defense. Timothy Van Poucke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richey Neesens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Van Poucke in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Boechout got a freekick which was hit by Armand Cesters. Richey Wuijts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to interfere. Timothy Van Poucke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Antonio Van Geertruyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Richey Wuijts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonio Van Geertruyen was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Richey Neesens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

In the 54th minute Richey Wuijts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Van Geertruyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Boechout's Antonio Van Geertruyen got control of the ball when Timothy Van Poucke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernest Konings's late challenge caught a Boechout's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernest Konings helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to KFC Warnetosn getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ernest Konings hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Boechout's Wart Van Balen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Timothy Van Poucke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richey Neesens charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richey Neesens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, Timothy Van Poucke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richey Wuijts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timothy Van Poucke got free with Antonio Van Geertruyen in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Bastian Luijten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richey Wuijts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Antonio Van Geertruyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Boechout got a freekick which was hit by Adam van haeve. Richey Wuijts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timothy Van Poucke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Antonio Van Geertruyen made a huge save. When KFC Warnetosn's Richey Wuijts in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richey Wuijts in the 93rd minute of the match. Antonio Van Geertruyen made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Timothy Van Poucke sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute of the game, Ernest Konings landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 95 minutes, Armand Cesters mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boechout and the KFC Warnetosn players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Boechout getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Armand Cesters hit a great ball. KFC Warnetosn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
