Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Diedrik Reiniers started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pieter-Maarten Aerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Wayne De Wilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Diedrik Reiniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wayne De Wilde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diedrik Reiniers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KFC Oosthoven's Wayne De Wilde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregory de Reyck in the 15th minute of play. Diedrik Reiniers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wayne De Wilde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Bartjan Hollants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billie Bellinkx in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Maarten Aerts in the 20th minute of play forced KFC Oosthoven's goalkeeper Wayne De Wilde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wayne De Wilde came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rani Boys's Axel Jespers. But to his dismay, Axel Jespers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bartjan Hollants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Sellekaers in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Gill Franckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rani Boys's Pieter-Maarten Aerts got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd match minute, KFC Oosthoven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gill Franckx to maneuver through the defense. In the 36thth minute of the game Pieter-Maarten Aerts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Oosthoven's Wayne De Wilde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Pieter-Maarten Aerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Rani Boys's Diedrik Reiniers in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KFC Oosthoven's goalie prevented a goal. Bartjan Hollants made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ignace Seveneijns sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Josef Sellekaers made the kick off in the second half. Bartjan Hollants showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josef Sellekaers, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Rani Boys's Bartjan Hollants played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Sellekaers in the 55th minute of play. After 57 played minutes KFC Oosthoven got a freekick which was hit by Michael Van Leemputt. Bartjan Hollants showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignace Seveneijns, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, one of Rani Boys:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Axel Jespers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wayne De Wilde was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Diedrik Reiniers capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diedrik Reiniers really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 76th minute, Corneel Vercauteren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ignace Seveneijns might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bartjan Hollants. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignace Seveneijns ran back to his position shaking his head. Axel Jespers struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wayne De Wilde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rani Boys. After a rather tough play, Rani Boys's Axel Jespers got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Gill Franckx's late challenge caught a Rani Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gill Franckx helped the player get up and apologised. Gill Franckx hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Corneel Vercauteren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Jespers's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Wayne De Wilde skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Rani Boys defense, Ignace Seveneijns kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartjan Hollants. The Rani Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartjan Hollants should have stopped the shot. Rani Boys's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
