The audience was convinced that Richey Wuijts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 5th minute Richey Wuijts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hugo Van den Bossche fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rani Boys's protests and gave Hugo Van den Bossche a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KFC Warnetosn booed when Rani Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Van den Bossche didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Richey Wuijts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. Rani Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richey Wuijts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richey Wuijts in the 13th minute of play. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richey Wuijts, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Richey Wuijts made a precise shot to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. Rani Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rani Boys! Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Christopher Bal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 25th minute, Christopher Bal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Van Poucke in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richey Wuijts in the 29th minute of play forced Rani Boys's goalkeeper Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timothy Van Poucke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester having to interfere. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richey Wuijts in the 35th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rani Boys defense, Timothy Van Poucke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. The Rani Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester should have stopped the shot. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Van Poucke in the 39th minute of the match. Matijs Deckkers kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richey Wuijts, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The Rani Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KFC Warnetosn were winning 0-5.

The wind increased when Diedrik Reiniers made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, KFC Warnetosn's Ernest Konings nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The KFC Warnetosn fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when KFC Warnetosn's Richey Wuijts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Timothy Van Poucke scored 0-8 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Timothy Van Poucke made a precise shot to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. Rani Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rani Boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Timothy Van Poucke scored to the left of an out of position Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, making the score, 0-10. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richey Wuijts in the 75th minute of play. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Richey Wuijts capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Richey Wuijts really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. With a little luck, Rani Boys's Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester got control of the ball when Timothy Van Poucke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richey Wuijts in the 81st minute of the match. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Warnetosn's Timothy Van Poucke. But to his dismay, Timothy Van Poucke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rani Boys's goalkeeper Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernest Konings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Rani Boys's Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester got control of the ball when Timothy Van Poucke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rik Van Meel in the 93rd minute of the match. Rani Boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Richey Wuijts scored to the left of an out of position Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, making the score, 0-13.
