Daniel Reijniers ran over to the corner to take the kick. 9 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Maquiano came free, but Nico Van Meerbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robben Kints's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cederik Huts firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Savino in the 15th minute of play forced Brakkies New Bastards's goalkeeper Nico Van Meerbek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Daniel Reijniers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cederik Huts saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kickers United's Cederik Huts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Kickers United from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Blasi came free, but Nico Van Meerbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Van Meerbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Savino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brakkies New Bastards's Daniel Reijniers shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cederik Huts but with some difficulty. Cederik Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kirk Powderham in the 27th minute of the match. When Brakkies New Bastards's Kirk Powderham in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 45th minute Jorge Reijnders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Van Meerbek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 46 in the game by Robben Kints from a close distance when the talented Cederik Huts managed to make a qualified save. Kickers United's players were relieved. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Brakkies New Bastards were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Kickers United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Reijniers took the corner. Brakkies New Bastards's Daniel Reijniers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cederik Huts in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kickers United's Cederik Huts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Powderham in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Brakkies New Bastards booed when Kickers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Reijnders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Telesforo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Jorge Reijnders came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nico Van Meerbek could save by the left post. Nico Van Meerbek made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Luca Savino sent off a good shot on target. Kickers United made a substitution. Antonio Netels replaced Pan De Wen. Lode Rouvroys took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nico Van Meerbek. Nico Van Meerbek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 82nd minute of the match, Lode Rouvroys got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nico Van Meerbek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 90thth minute of the game Lode Rouvroys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match, Lode Rouvroys got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nico Van Meerbek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nico Van Meerbek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Savino in the 94th minute of play.
