After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Roque Aguilar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Westmeerbeek's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Aguilar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillipe Rouvroys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Anselius in the 52nd minute of play. Sporting Westmeerbeek were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after De Pintenpakkers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bastiaan Nys took the corner. In the 86th minute Hubert Van Hespe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillipe Rouvroys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phillipe Rouvroys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Van Hespe in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Hubert Van Hespe notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys. Phillipe Rouvroys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
