Robben Kints kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Matias Dimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Reijniers in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Brakkies New Bastards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy de Cijser to maneuver through the defense. Matias Dimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robben Kints in the 17th minute of the match. Matias Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy de Cijser, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 22nd minute, Jonas Anselius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kirk Powderham made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Reijniers in the 51st minute of play forced Sporting Westmeerbeek's goalkeeper Matias Dimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kirk Powderham in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Dimo saved Sporting Westmeerbeek from getting behind. Nico Van Meerbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Anselius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Sarangapani kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Nico Van Meerbek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Cranenburgh, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Nico Van Meerbek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Anselius went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Brakkies New Bastards defense, Alex Sarangapani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Van Meerbek. The Brakkies New Bastards fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Van Meerbek should have stopped the shot. When Freddy de Cijser came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Brakkies New Bastards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy de Cijser couldn't finish the play. Matias Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy de Cijser, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Sporting Westmeerbeek's Matias Dimo got control of the ball when Robben Kints tried to sneak it across the goal line.
