Waut Van Der Meeren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Vereect, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The supporters of Anversa Club booed when Fc Rossem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesse Van De Wyngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Anversa Club's Nicu Vornicu in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Cromefeldt in the 30th minute of play forced Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anversa Club's Waut Van Der Meeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lou Cromefeldt in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicu Vornicu in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Colebrants prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matias Colebrants stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicu Vornicu's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Matias Colebrants took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Vornicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicu Vornicu to make the kick off. It was a well-played corner which Felix Vereect managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Waut Van Der Meeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lou Cromefeldt in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Nicu Vornicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Rossem's Matias Colebrants was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute Lou Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Van Der Meeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Anversa Club's Nicu Vornicu in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lou Cromefeldt got free with Waut Van Der Meeren in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anversa Club were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
