After 4 played minutes, fc eendenpad's Perry Uyterhelcht shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Otoniel Mondragon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in fc eendenpad reached it. A collision led to Kaysersheim getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Lorenzo Dobbelaere hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Kaysersheim's goalkeeper Otoniel Mondragon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bart Vrints. Otoniel Mondragon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 6th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Lorenzo Dobbelaere hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bart Vrints got free with Otoniel Mondragon in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kristiaan De Vleeschauwere charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristiaan De Vleeschauwere the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Kristiaan De Vleeschauwere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lander Goddez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Otoniel Mondragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bart Vrints's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Otoniel Mondragon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kaysersheim's Loid Vrints got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lander Goddez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Otoniel Mondragon made a huge save. In the 30thth minute of the game Lander Goddez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kaysersheim's Otoniel Mondragon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Otoniel Mondragon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Johnson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lander Goddez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Otoniel Mondragon came out and tried to block the shot, but Lander Goddez slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 40th minute. After 43 played minutes Kaysersheim got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Wittemans. Otoniel Mondragon came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by fc eendenpad's Bart Vrints. But to his dismay, Bart Vrints quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.

The wind increased when Lander Goddez made the kick off in the second half. Otoniel Mondragon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lander Goddez's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Marcus Johnson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otoniel Mondragon having to make a save. Lander Goddez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otoniel Mondragon having to interfere. Kaysersheim's Otoniel Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Johnson in the 60th minute of play. Lenny De Martelaere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Otoniel Mondragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Kaysersheim got a freekick which was hit by Thobias Hacke. Andreas Boegaerts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loid Vrints's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Kaysersheim's Otoniel Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Vrints in the 78th minute of play. fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save fc eendenpad from getting a goal against them. Otoniel Mondragon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenny De Martelaere in the 83rd minute of the match. Otoniel Mondragon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lander Goddez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. fc eendenpad were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Kaysersheim's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Perry Uyterhelcht took the corner. The audience was convinced that Lander Goddez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otoniel Mondragon was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kaysersheim players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for fc eendenpad.
