Seating: 1947, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Malte Brogren started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute of the match Blue Beast got a corner. Bouillon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tjorven Caspers ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Alfons Wolfdoncx managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Philipp Van Beringen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malte Brogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddy Huijgens having to interfere. Antonio Cempeners recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andy Hendrickx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Van Beringen having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Blue Beast's Antonio Cempeners nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philipp Van Beringen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Bouillon defense, Antonio Cempeners kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Philipp Van Beringen. The Bouillon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Philipp Van Beringen should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andy Hendrickx in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philipp Van Beringen saved Bouillon from getting behind. Malte Brogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Eddy Huijgens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Van Aarschot kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Cempeners in the 40th minute of play forced Bouillon's goalkeeper Philipp Van Beringen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Malte Brogren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bouillon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malte Brogren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Cempeners sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Bouillon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Blue Beast were winning 0-3.
Bouillon's Philipp Van Beringen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bouillon from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Blue Beast's Andy Hendrickx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philipp Van Beringen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65thth minute of the game Malte Brogren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blue Beast's Eddy Huijgens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorn Van den Enden during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Bouillon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorn Van den Enden to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Cempeners recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Philipp Van Beringen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Hendrickx in the 73rd minute of the match. Antonio Cempeners fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Van Beringen having to interfere. A collision led to Blue Beast getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Klaus Colebrants hit a great ball. If Joe Degens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philipp Van Beringen came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Beast's Antonio Cempeners. But to his dismay, Antonio Cempeners quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blue Beast walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
