In the 6thth minute of the game Quirin Brauer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesudiye fc's Fabien Heijligem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rens De Prins charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rens De Prins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rens De Prins hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Fabien Heijligem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias De Cat in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jozef Hemeleers saved Winksele 2016 from getting behind. Mesudiye fc's Fabien Heijligem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias De Cat in the 15th minute of play. Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jozef Hemeleers made a huge save. Quirin Brauer scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabien Heijligem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Winksele 2016 booed when Mesudiye fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Decock didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Mesudiye fc's goal looked a bit too open when Quirin Brauer came free, but Fabien Heijligem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tommie Verhengen during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Winksele 2016 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommie Verhengen to maneuver through the defense. Fabien Heijligem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Söderqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Winksele 2016's Mathis Van der Perren got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Matias De Cat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winksele 2016 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Fabien Heijligem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Söderqvist in the 42nd minute of the match. Sylven Van Der Meeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabien Heijligem having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mathias-Alexander Van Deuren made a kick off. Fabien Heijligem was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Quirin Brauer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Quirin Brauer really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 59th minute, Winksele 2016's Quirin Brauer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Quirin Brauer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winksele 2016's supporters rose to their feet, but Quirin Brauer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabien Heijligem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quirin Brauer in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabien Heijligem, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 75 played minutes Winksele 2016 got a freekick which was hit by Fan Tian Hong. The crowd rose to their feet as Quirin Brauer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabien Heijligem. That made the score 0-7 in the 82 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias De Cat in the 86th minute of play forced Mesudiye fc's goalkeeper Fabien Heijligem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabien Heijligem didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Winksele 2016's Quirin Brauer shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. Quirin Brauer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Fabien Heijligem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jozef Hemeleers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Decock in the 92nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Quirin Brauer put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Fabien Heijligem. Winksele 2016's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
