An unexpectedly hard shot by Cederic Bollaert in the 30th minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jozef Hemeleers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cederic Bollaert went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Winksele 2016's Jozef Hemeleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Baele in the 36th minute of play. The wind increased when Quirin Brauer made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Winksele 2016's zone, Quentin Baele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jozef Hemeleers came out of the goal and Quentin Baele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicodim Agusoaei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 程城帆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quirin Brauer in the 64th minute of the match. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by RFC Liège's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Big Hulk was slow to take the kick. During this time Winksele 2016's players had a chance to rest. When Cederic Bollaert came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the RFC Liège fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cederic Bollaert couldn't finish the play. RFC Liège's Adam Panhuijsen was substituted for Jason Valkeneers. In the 85th minute Sylven Van Der Meeren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 程城帆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
