Jan-Simon Van Adorp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İbrahim Efe Akarsu went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. İbrahim Efe Akarsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jan-Simon Van Adorp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Bernardo Sharkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Selección's Jan-Simon Van Adorp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jan-Simon Van Adorp came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin. But to his dismay, Bernardo Sharkin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The VC zoetwater fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jan-Simon Van Adorp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Bernardo Sharkin sped through La Selección's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan-Simon Van Adorp. Jan-Simon Van Adorp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İbrahim Efe Akarsu's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 36th match minute, La Selección was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibo Loozen to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Sharkin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan-Simon Van Adorp was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, İbrahim Efe Akarsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Simon Van Adorp. La Selección's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İbrahim Efe Akarsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8.

When Soren Dockx fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Selección's protests and gave Soren Dockx a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd match minute, La Selección was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Soren Dockx to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, La Selección's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Sharkin came free, but Jan-Simon Van Adorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geert-Jan Goegebeur kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 65th play minute İbrahim Efe Akarsu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jan-Simon Van Adorp. 0-11. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Bernardo Sharkin put it in 0-12 from a short distance just to the right of Jan-Simon Van Adorp. Robert Wells fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Simon Van Adorp having to interfere. VC zoetwater made a substitution. Fabien Pardons replaced Gusztáv Bács. Jan-Simon Van Adorp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. VC zoetwater were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after La Selección's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. İbrahim Efe Akarsu took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Bernardo Sharkin to score against Jan-Simon Van Adorp in La Selección's goal. 0-13 after 79 minutes. Jan-Simon Van Adorp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabien Pardons in the 83rd minute. Bernardo Sharkin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Jan-Simon Van Adorp 85 minutes into the match. Bernardo Sharkin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. La Selección's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Bernardo Sharkin scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Simon Van Adorp, making the score, 0-15. When Bernardo Sharkin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the VC zoetwater fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Sharkin couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Sharkin succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-16. When the final whistle sounded VC zoetwater left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Selección.
