Leo Dauwen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinon Potamias, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute FC Klavertje Vier were awarded a corner. Max De Wever went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Klavertje Vier's Zinon Potamias to fire away a dangerous shot which Leo Dauwen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Klavertje Vier were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Bacardi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Max De Wever took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Max De Wever got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leo Dauwen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bob Leerbels struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Zabulón Carabajal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacardi FC. If Joery Hylen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinon Potamias was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Klavertje Vier's goalkeeper Zabulón Carabajal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, FC Klavertje Vier's goal looked a bit too open when Roni Coryn came free, but Zabulón Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joery Hylen hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Zinon Potamias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Dauwen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Dauwen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Potamias in the 83rd minute of the match.
