An unexpectedly hard shot by Bob Leerbels in the 2nd minute of play forced Purple Talents's goalkeeper Kaan Snow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christoffer Lingren hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Arnoud Van Gestel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaan Snow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Lazcano might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leo Dauwen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorino Lazcano ran back to his position shaking his head. Leo Dauwen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Lazcano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Dauwen came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Purple Talents's Victorino Lazcano. But to his dismay, Victorino Lazcano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Bacardi FC's Roni Coryn in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Purple Talents's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Purple Talents's Kaan Snow got control of the ball when Bob Leerbels tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Roni Coryn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaan Snow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roni Coryn in the 37th minute of play forced Purple Talents's goalkeeper Kaan Snow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Lazcano in the 43rd minute of play. Leo Dauwen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Lazcano went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Bacardi FC's Falko Schlender got a free kick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roni Coryn to make the kick off. After 54 minutes Purple Talents's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boruc Wykowski who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Roni Coryn got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kaan Snow quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kaan Snow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roni Coryn in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Bacardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Vercalsteren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Cheng Kang in the 64th minute of play. Kaan Snow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roni Coryn in the 73rd minute of the match. Kaan Snow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roni Coryn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Bob Leerbels made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Purple Talents's Kaan Snow tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Bacardi FC booed when Purple Talents was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Boruc Wykowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kaan Snow skillfully saved the ball. The Purple Talents players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
