Despite this Shota Stopa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Geoffry Lefevre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shota Stopa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abid Bubalo in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Johnathan Bowden's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shota Stopa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Johnathan Bowden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shota Stopa made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Johnathan Bowden sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geoffry Lefevre made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathan Bowden in the 52nd minute of play forced Pezerik's goalkeeper Shota Stopa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnathan Bowden struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Shota Stopa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selebi-Phikwe. Shota Stopa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnathan Bowden, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Guillaume Van Bever to score against Christof Deroek in Selebi-Phikwe's goal. 1-2 after 68 minutes. Johnathan Bowden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shota Stopa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abid Bubalo in the 85th minute of play forced Pezerik's goalkeeper Shota Stopa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shota Stopa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Johnathan Bowden took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shota Stopa. Shota Stopa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 96 minutes into the match, Johnathan Bowden notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Pezerik's Shota Stopa. Shota Stopa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
