In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flamenco United's goalkeeper Ye Zheng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alan Specht made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mário Trigo. Jerome Ngake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Mercuri in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Benny Hill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, FC Draconia's goal looked a bit too open when Jurgen Turpin came free, but Jerome Ngake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Draconia's Benny Hill got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Flamenco United getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Costel Răducanu hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benny Hill to make the kick off.
