NK Željezničar's Jefto Nakibović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedžmija Refkić in the 3rd minute of play. Boriša Bajić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefto Nakibović having to interfere. Nazmija Vlatkić kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, NK Željezničar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuho Sejfić to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Boriša Bajić managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Obilic RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Boriša Bajić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jefto Nakibović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Mirsad Mujkanović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Boriša Bajić made a precise shot to the right of Jefto Nakibović. NK Željezničar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jefto Nakibović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedžmija Refkić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FK Obilic RS's Sudo Jusić got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 37th match minute, FK Obilic RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damad Kubatlija to maneuver through the defense. Nuho Sejfić kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes, FK Obilic RS's Čane Pajić shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jefto Nakibović came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Obilic RS reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ado Gagula made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirsad Mujkanović in the 52nd minute of play forced FK Obilic RS's goalkeeper Vahidin Kobaš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes of play, NK Željezničar's Ado Gagula made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vahidin Kobaš was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60thth minute of the game Nedžmija Refkić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NK Željezničar's Jefto Nakibović was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Nedžmija Refkić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Obilic RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nedžmija Refkić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boriša Bajić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nedžmija Refkić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jefto Nakibović having to make a save. Boriša Bajićs short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Jefto Nakibović to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Nuho Sejfić managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK Željezničar's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuho Sejfić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vahidin Kobaš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, NK Željezničar's Ado Gagula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vahidin Kobaš narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mirsad Mujkanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vahidin Kobaš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ado Gagula in the 87th minute of play. NK Željezničar's Mirsad Mujkanović got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ado Gagula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 minutes, Emin Maček mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Obilic RS and the NK Željezničar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes FK Obilic RS got a freekick which was hit by Emin Maček. Ado Gagula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
