In the 6th minute, Himzija Bogičević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hajdin Abidović got free with Vahidin Kobaš in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Samdorija FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Boriša Bajić came free, but Vlado Arijanović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nedžmija Refkić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlado Arijanović was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Hajdin Abidović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahidin Kobaš having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Samdorija FC. got a freekick which was hit by Adi Masirača. Boriša Bajić might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlado Arijanović. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boriša Bajić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st match minute, Samdorija FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adi Masirača to maneuver through the defense. Rešad Dugić hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. A hard and well directed shot from Čane Pajić led 23 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Samdorija FC.'s Vlado Arijanović became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zahir Džomba in the 28th minute of play forced Samdorija FC.'s goalkeeper Vlado Arijanović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Obilic RS getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Čane Pajić hit a great ball. Samdorija FC. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after FK Obilic RS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramus Njitraj took the corner. Nedžmija Refkić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vlado Arijanović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vlado Arijanović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boriša Bajić, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dragan Kijanović to make the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Samdorija FC.'s Ramus Njitraj tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hajdin Abidović in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vahidin Kobaš prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samdorija FC.'s goalkeeper Vlado Arijanović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rešad Dugić hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 62 minutes of play, FK Obilic RS's Boriša Bajić made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlado Arijanović was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th match minute, FK Obilic RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boriša Bajić to maneuver through the defense. After 74 played minutes FK Obilic RS got a freekick which was hit by Boro Rasimović. Vahidin Kobaš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rešad Dugić in the 77th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Samdorija FC.'s zone, Nedžmija Refkić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlado Arijanović came out of the goal and Nedžmija Refkić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vlado Arijanović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boriša Bajić in the 82nd minute. Vlado Arijanović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nedžmija Refkić's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Vahidin Kobaš took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hajdin Abidović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FK Obilic RS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
