Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erdem Elçin. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wambasther Henry in the 32nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Sedat Sefa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tor Salgado hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Sedat Sefa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Salgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Wambasther Henry sent off a good shot on target. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ahmet Sedat Sefa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Katona Janos hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
