After 5 minutes, Major Barna made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. UFC Veseud's Radu Isaicu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Radu Isaicu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. UFC Veseud's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. UFC Veseud's Radu Isaicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play forced UFC Veseud's goalkeeper Radu Isaicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ercan Valencia in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fodor Daniel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. UFC Veseud's Ercan Valencia was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ercan Valencia took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. UFC Veseud were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eusebiu Tunar took the corner. After taking down the ball on UFC Veseud's corner Eusebiu Tunar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. After 42 minutes, Alex Teodoroiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Veseud and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes UFC Veseud got a freekick which was hit by Alex Teodoroiu. Antal Valentin hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Takacs Tibor notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of UFC Veseud's Radu Isaicu. Radu Isaicu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Radu Isaicu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Eusebiu Tunar took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 61 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ercan Valencia came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 75th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Isaicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Veseud's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when UFC Veseud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Ghionescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hegedus Henrik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radu Isaicu having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, UFC Veseud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicu Braia to maneuver through the defense. Radu Isaicu made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Hegedus Henrik sent off a good shot on target. UFC Veseud succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hungary had controlled the match.
