The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Branko Hamidović showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Branko Hamidović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boriša Lihovac's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Husein Derviši charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Husein Derviši the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th minute, Husein Derviši hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Stefan Agibović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Memo Oštraković's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radomir Našidović read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Dzerici's Radomir Našidović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Memo Oštraković in the 33rd minute of play. Slobodan Zaidović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Našidović having to interfere.

The wind increased when Boriša Lihovac made the kick off in the second half. Slobodan Zaidović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in F.K.Krajina Cazin 1932's zone, Stefan Agibović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Branko Hamidović came out of the goal and Stefan Agibović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 75 played minutes Dzerici got a freekick which was hit by Vlado Buljubašić. 77 minutes into the match, Dzerici's goal looked a bit too open when Slobodan Zaidović came free, but Radomir Našidović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dzerici were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
