Elmar Dersewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tino Veiser hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Gerolstein in the 15th minute of play forced AC MILAN's goalkeeper Jost Mörz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Holger Gerolstein in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. AC MILAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falkenstein the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in AC MILAN fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Jan Sohlmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC MILAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Sohlmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Schoppitsch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the game, Andreas Baumann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Sohlmann in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Schoppitsch saved Falkenstein from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tino Veiser during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Tino Veiser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Falkenstein's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Sohlmann came free, but Peter Schoppitsch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Falkenstein were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant AC MILAN side.
