Christopher Thiessen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom-Lukas Horsky having to interfere. Nils Berens struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Tom-Lukas Horsky didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gumpenberg FC. 8 minutes into the match, Gumpenberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernhard Stollmann came free, but Jan-Erik Czempisz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Erik Czempisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Berger in the 9th minute of play. Gumpenberg FC's Jan-Erik Czempisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernhard Stollmann in the 11th minute of play. After 15 minutes Gumpenberg FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Homberg who took care of the corner kick. Fabian Homberg made a great header on Amesreith FSV's corner, it was just that Gumpenberg FC's Jan-Erik Czempisz managed to reach the ball for a save. Christopher Thiessen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tom-Lukas Horsky having to make a save. Nils Berens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tom-Lukas Horsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josef Berger hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Jannick Stupp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Erik Czempisz. Gumpenberg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jannick Stupp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils Berens couldn't finish the play. Christopher Thiessen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Christopher Thiessen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Stefan Berens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Amesreith FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Berens came free, but Tom-Lukas Horsky reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amesreith FSV's Tom-Lukas Horsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Thiessen in the 54th minute of play. After 55 played minutes Amesreith FSV got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Berens. When Jan-André Löwer came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gumpenberg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-André Löwer couldn't finish the play. After 61 minutes, Breanne McDecland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gumpenberg FC and the Amesreith FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Gumpenberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Breanne McDecland. Tom-Lukas Horsky took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Kohler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Heinrich Zerressen took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Jan-Erik Czempisz to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th minute, Amesreith FSV's Bernhard Stollmann ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan-Erik Czempisz. Jan-Erik Czempisz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 72 minutes of play, Gumpenberg FC's Justin Kohler made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tom-Lukas Horsky was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amesreith FSV's Jannick Stupp suffered a concussion after 79 minutes and had to leave the field. Arno Tözen kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Gumpenberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Homberg came free, but Jan-Erik Czempisz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gumpenberg FC's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Czempisz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Breanne McDecland hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Tom-Lukas Horsky showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Thiessen in the 88th minute of the match. Nils Berens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chants of Amesreith FSV echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Gumpenberg FC had held the ball for most of the match.
