The supporters of Dzikie Węże booed when Mayerling FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Hülsmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Otto Alt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eduard Horsky. Mayerling FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mayerling FSV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 45thth minute of the game Tobias Wagner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mayerling FSV's Eduard Horsky was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 played minutes Dzikie Węże got a freekick which was hit by Tim Brunmayr. Mayerling FSV's Christoph Koch shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fabian Gerat but with some difficulty. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The referee ordered Brandon Hülsmann off the ground. Brandon Hülsmann kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Mayerling FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Wagner came free, but Eduard Horsky reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Dzikie Węże could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mayerling FSV throughout the match.
