Andreas Schicklgruber came out of the goal and Sebastian Ramusch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd match minute, SK Comagena 05 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Kuhni to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Nickel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moritz Sude recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis-Maurice Kühn in the 35th minute of play forced SK Comagena 05's goalkeeper Andreas Schicklgruber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, SK Comagena 05 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Cornelißen to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Ramusch in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Schicklgruber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Dennis-Maurice Kühn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finkenstein's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis-Maurice Kühn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Schicklgruber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Ramusch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Schicklgruber having to make a save. Sebastian Ramusch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Nickel to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SK Comagena 05 booed when Finkenstein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carsten-Alexander Kölzig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dennis-Maurice Kühn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Andreas Schicklgruber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65thth minute of the game Dennis-Maurice Kühn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Comagena 05's Andreas Schicklgruber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralf Winnerl during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Finkenstein getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ralf Winnerl hit a great ball. Moritz Sude might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kevin Karhoff. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moritz Sude ran back to his position shaking his head. Dennis-Maurice Kühn took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Schicklgruber. Andreas Schicklgruber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sebastian Ramusch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Andreas Schicklgruber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andreas Schicklgruber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Ramusch's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andreas Schicklgruber firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dennis-Maurice Kühn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Schicklgruber having to interfere. When the match was over Finkenstein could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SK Comagena 05 throughout the match.
