Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Matthäus Herbst started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Kral FC's Sergio Vollmari got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kral FC's zone, Matthäus Herbst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Icking came out of the goal and Matthäus Herbst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Icking made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Grabowski in the 14th minute of play. Till-Julius Pietta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justus Born in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Heupel in the 23rd minute of play forced Sharks FC's goalkeeper Till-Julius Pietta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Sharks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justus Born came free, but Till-Julius Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Sergio Vollmari left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kral FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 29th minute Andreas Heupel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till-Julius Pietta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis-Maurice Keller charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dennis-Maurice Keller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Sharks FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis-Maurice Keller. 35 minutes into the match, Sharks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justus Born came free, but Till-Julius Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Burkhardt in the 36th minute of play forced Sharks FC's goalkeeper Till-Julius Pietta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timo Hirt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Busshoff during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Kral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Busshoff to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Matthäus Herbst got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matthäus Herbst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leon Icking having to make a save. Leon Icking was a little too slow when Timo Hirt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexander Burkhardt was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Andreas Heupel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kral FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sharks FC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Kral FC got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Heupel. The Sharks FC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Sharks FC's Matthäus Herbst looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 57th minute, Justus Born made a precise shot to the right of Till-Julius Pietta. Sharks FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Burkhardt in the 61st minute of play forced Sharks FC's goalkeeper Till-Julius Pietta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Johannes Fellner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Icking saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Bannenberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leon Icking. Kral FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Peter Busshoff was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Sharks FC booed when Kral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Busshoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sascha-Andreas Lanier's late challenge caught a Kral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sascha-Andreas Lanier helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Sharks FC got a freekick which was hit by Sascha-Andreas Lanier. Kral FC's Louis Thieringer shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Till-Julius Pietta but with some difficulty. If Ralf Grabowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Matthäus Herbst notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Kral FC's Leon Icking. Leon Icking was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Kral FC's zone, Timo Hirt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Icking came out of the goal and Timo Hirt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Matthäus Herbst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kral FC's Leon Icking was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kral FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
