Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kral FC's Alexander Burkhardt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dennis-Maurice Kühn in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Icking prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 0-1 became the score in the 5th minute when Dennis-Maurice Kühn elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Justus Born received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Kevin Karhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Mokros's late challenge caught a Kral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Mokros helped the player get up and apologised. Kevin Karhoff went to the wrong direction when Morten Portner was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Alexander Burkhardt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Burkhardt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nicolai Skoczylas fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Finkenstein's protests and gave Nicolai Skoczylas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kral FC booed when Finkenstein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolai Skoczylas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dennis-Maurice Kühn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Icking made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis-Maurice Kühn in the 29th minute of play. Kevin Karhoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justus Born in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sebastian Ramusch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finkenstein's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Ramusch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Icking breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sergio Vollmari fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Finkenstein's Sebastian Ramusch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Icking made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Kral FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Finkenstein were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis-Maurice Kühn was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Dennis-Maurice Kühn dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leon Icking, 0-4. After 61 played minutes Finkenstein got a freekick which was hit by Robert Mokros. Ralf Winnerl kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Morten Portner, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Justus Born's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kevin Karhoff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Kral FC booed when Finkenstein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Wittwer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Justus Born sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roland Bürger kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alexander Burkhardt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kevin Karhoff was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. If Sebastian Ramusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kral FC's Peter Busshoff got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Alexander Burkhardt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Bürger hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Finkenstein supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Finkenstein would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
