The referee ignored Admira Technopool's protests and gave Kim Strerath a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Admira Technopool getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dennis Balla hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Hundsheim's goalkeeper Rico Fielmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fatih Wilnauer. Fatih Wilnauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Rico Fielmann managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Admira Technopool's Fatih Wilnauer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rico Fielmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Früchtl in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Andi Schwering shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rico Fielmann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hundsheim's Jakob Seelmann got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Admira Technopool's zone, Jonas Witzke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sascha Lederer came out of the goal and Jonas Witzke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sascha Lederer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Adler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Hundsheim's Julius Adler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sascha Lederer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakob Seelmann in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sascha Lederer saved Admira Technopool from getting behind. In the 43rdth minute of the game Julius Adler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Admira Technopool's Sascha Lederer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julius Adler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sascha Lederer having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julius Adler made a kick off. Klaudius Hanschirik charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klaudius Hanschirik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julius Adler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sascha Lederer having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Admira Technopool's Erik Knipprath got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A hard shot 97 in the game by Jonas Witzke from a close distance when the talented Sascha Lederer managed to make a qualified save. Admira Technopool's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Jakob Seelmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hundsheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakob Seelmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sascha Lederer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
