Spectators: 7698 (Terracing: 5775, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erik Hillerzeder took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sascha Rauch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Wigenbusch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lorenz Brassat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Wacker Wiener Neustadt's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Hillerzeder came free, but Cedric Brückner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urs Bezka during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Urs Bezka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Marc Schlacher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukas Wigenbusch struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Sascha Rauch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wacker Wiener Neustadt. 17 minutes into the match, Nino Mohr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cedric Brückner. Wacker Wiener Neustadt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nino Mohr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 24th minute, Lukas Wigenbusch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sascha Rauch was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Erik Hillerzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nino Mohr got free in front of the goal in the 33rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Cedric Brückner was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Erik Hillerzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kim Krughöfer struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Sascha Rauch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wacker Wiener Neustadt. 44 minutes into the match, Wacker Wiener Neustadt's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Hillerzeder came free, but Cedric Brückner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nino Mohr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cedric Brückner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Erik Hillerzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 54 minutes of play, Stiegelberg's Erik Hillerzeder made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cedric Brückner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nino Mohr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cedric Brückner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nino Mohr came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Stiegelberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nino Mohr couldn't finish the play. Cedric Brückner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Hillerzeder in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Wacker Wiener Neustadt's zone, Nino Mohr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cedric Brückner came out of the goal and Nino Mohr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Willi Reinders got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 73rd minute, Willi Reinders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 75 in the game by Lukas Wigenbusch from a close distance when the talented Sascha Rauch managed to make a qualified save. Stiegelberg's players were relieved. Erik Hillerzeder took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedric Brückner. Cedric Brückner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Stiegelberg's Sascha Rauch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Stiegelberg from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Nino Mohr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lukas Wigenbusch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Sascha Rauch when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 88 minutes, Erik Hillerzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stiegelberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Hillerzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th match minute, Wacker Wiener Neustadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenz Brassat to maneuver through the defense. Stiegelberg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
