Spectators: 7738 (Terracing: 5805, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erik Hillerzeder took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Nino Mohr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stiegelberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nino Mohr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 8 minutes, Nino Mohr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stiegelberg and the Stifting players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Stiegelberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nino Mohr to maneuver through the defense. Stiegelberg's Nino Mohr got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nino Mohr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Lukas Liebsch made a huge save. Erik Hillerzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peter Peintner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erik Hillerzeder came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Stiegelberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Hillerzeder couldn't finish the play. If Nino Mohr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukas Liebsch made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Nino Mohr sent off a good shot on target. Florian Langhammer charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Langhammer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florian Langhammer kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Matthias Merker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sascha Rauch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Stiegelberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Schlacher to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Stifting booed when Stiegelberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urs Bezka didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Matthias Merker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sascha Rauch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Peintner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sascha Rauch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Peintner in the 45th minute of the match. Sascha Rauch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Peintner's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Matthias Merker made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Stiegelberg's goalkeeper Sascha Rauch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Peintner. 55 minutes into the match, Stiegelberg's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Merker came free, but Sascha Rauch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Stiegelberg's Nino Mohr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lukas Liebsch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 61st minute, Stiegelberg's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Peter Peintner fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Erik Hillerzeder scored 2-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukas Liebsch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marc Schlacher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nino Mohr in the 68th minute of play forced Stifting's goalkeeper Lukas Liebsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes of play, Stiegelberg's Nino Mohr made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lukas Liebsch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erik Hillerzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lukas Liebsch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stifting's Lukas Liebsch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Hillerzeder in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stifting's Jonathan Köhncke got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Erik Hillerzeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lukas Liebsch having to make a save. If Peter Peintner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Stiegelberg's zone, Matthias Merker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sascha Rauch came out of the goal and Matthias Merker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
