When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Thomas Rohde sped through BH-FANATICOS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elias Born. A collision led to BH-FANATICOS getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Niclas Wollbrinck hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Marcel Winzen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Born. BH-FANATICOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcel Winzen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Thomas Rohde kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Leon Heil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Born having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Thomas Rohde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BH-FANATICOS's Elias Born was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomas Rohde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Born having to interfere. Elias Born made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Heil in the 38th minute of play. Jan-Niclas Kempkes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Möllmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Rohde in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Born saved BH-FANATICOS from getting behind. Niclas Wollbrinck charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niclas Wollbrinck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Wien IFK booed when BH-FANATICOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Wollbrinck didn't get a good kick on the ball. The BH-FANATICOS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wien IFK were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Rohde to strike the kick off in the second half. Claas Doll hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Louis Engels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Niclas Kempkes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Möllmann in the 55th minute of play. Wien IFK's Jan-Niclas Kempkes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Möllmann in the 57th minute of play. BH-FANATICOS's Tim Weiland got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Born took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Heil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Sebastian Möllmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Niclas Kempkes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Möllmann in the 68th minute of play forced Wien IFK's goalkeeper Jan-Niclas Kempkes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Baumgartl's late challenge caught a BH-FANATICOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Baumgartl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Tobias Baumgartl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th match minute, BH-FANATICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Wollbrinck to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Thomas Rohde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wien IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Thomas Rohde fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wien IFK's protests and gave Thomas Rohde a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Thomas Rohde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niclas Wollbrinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan-Niclas Kempkes came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by BH-FANATICOS's Tim Weiland. But to his dismay, Tim Weiland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.
