Spectators: 7437 (Terracing: 5887, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Hucking's André Nowak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, Frank Cartus notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hucking's Andreas Scharf. Andreas Scharf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alpi76's Claus Nacke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenz Lenhardt in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Hucking getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Leo Fach hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, one of Alpi76:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alpi76. Andi Michalowicz walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Claus Nacke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Peters in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Nowak in the 23rd minute of play forced Alpi76's goalkeeper Claus Nacke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenz Lenhardt kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Thorsten Abendroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Darius Knoke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Alpi76's goal looked a bit too open when André Nowak came free, but Claus Nacke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Scharf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorsten Abendroth, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute, Darius Knoke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claus Nacke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Nowak in the 36th minute of play. Thorsten Abendroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Andreas Scharf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darius Knoke in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Scharf saved Hucking from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Alpi76's Frank Cartus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andreas Scharf. Andreas Scharf yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thorsten Abendroth made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Alpi76's Thorsten Abendroth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Scharf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Thorsten Abendroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 minutes of play, Alpi76's Thorsten Abendroth made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Scharf was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alpi76's Thorsten Abendroth got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Darius Knoke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorsten Abendroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5-0 became the score in the 73rd minute when Thorsten Abendroth elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Andreas Scharf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darius Knoke's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Alpi76's Claus Nacke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Alpi76 from getting a goal against them. Thorsten Abendroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Andreas Scharf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
