Landlgraben's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Jeremies was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, SV Mauerkirchen's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Jeremies came free, but Michel Rühmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Zirwes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Waibel having to interfere. Hartmut Mai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norman Waibel having to make a save. If Robin Zirwes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norman Waibel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Zirwes in the 22nd minute of the match. Johann Mühlfort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the SV Mauerkirchen defense, Dominik Jeremies kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Rühmann. The SV Mauerkirchen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Rühmann should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Johann Mühlfort put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Michel Rühmann. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Mauerkirchen's goalkeeper Michel Rühmann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SV Mauerkirchen's Michel Rühmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johann Mühlfort in the 43rd minute of play. Robin Zirwes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hartmut Mai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robin Zirwes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Johann Mühlfort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SV Mauerkirchen's zone, Dominik Jeremies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Rühmann came out of the goal and Dominik Jeremies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the SV Mauerkirchen defense, Dominik Jeremies kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Rühmann. The SV Mauerkirchen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Rühmann should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the match, SV Mauerkirchen's goal looked a bit too open when Johann Mühlfort came free, but Michel Rühmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Johann Mühlfort kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michel Rühmann. That made the score 1-4 in the 77 minute of play. Landlgraben's Dominik Jeremies got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johann Mühlfort was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Landlgraben's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 84th match minute, SV Mauerkirchen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Siekkötter to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Landlgraben's Michel Rühmann threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Johann Mühlfort, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dominik Jeremies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Michel Rühmann made a huge save. Landlgraben's Dominik Jeremies got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Landlgraben left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SV Mauerkirchen.
