Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Steffen Pöck took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, FC Blümelhub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Liebezeit to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steffen Pöck in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc-André Arendt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Norman Knüwe notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Blümelhub's Marc-André Arendt. Marc-André Arendt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Steffen Pöck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marc-André Arendt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Blümelhub's Volkmar Merczak got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marc-André Arendt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Steffen Pöck went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 25 minutes, Benjamin Partsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Blümelhub and the Hippach players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benjamin Partsch kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Marc-André Arendt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffen Pöck in the 28th minute of play. Marc-André Arendt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffen Pöck, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Marc-André Arendt made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Norman Knüwe sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Norman Knüwe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marc-André Arendt, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Liebezeit to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes FC Blümelhub got a freekick which was hit by Rene Liebezeit. Marc-André Arendt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Knüwe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Hippach's Steffen Pöck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc-André Arendt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rene Liebezeit kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Hippach's keeper Jan Konsel was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 82 played minutes, Hippach's Guido Kapzan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marc-André Arendt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hippach reached it. Norman Knüwe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc-André Arendt having to interfere. If Benjamin Partsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hippach's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
