Spectators: 6933 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rene Liebezeit made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Robin-Pascal Prause was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blümelhub's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc GaLaTaSaRaY the free kick. In the 6th minute, Robin-Pascal Prause hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Björn Kirchberger came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Fc GaLaTaSaRaY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Björn Kirchberger couldn't finish the play. Fc GaLaTaSaRaY's Steffen Gartler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Liebezeit in the 12th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Fc GaLaTaSaRaY got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Engelmann. Björn Kirchberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Wolf Meisl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Rene Liebezeit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Björn Kirchberger fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marc-André Arendt, passed just outside the right post. Björn Kirchberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marc-André Arendt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Gooß's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marc-André Arendt firmly grabbed it by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Björn Kirchberger to make the kick off. Steffen Gartler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benjamin Partsch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 58 minute of play. A collision led to FC Blümelhub getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Benjamin Partsch hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Björn Kirchberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc-André Arendt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marc-André Arendt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Gooß, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes of play FC Blümelhub's Robin-Pascal Prause was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 68th match minute, FC Blümelhub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin-Pascal Prause to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd match minute, FC Blümelhub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volkmar Merczak to maneuver through the defense. Steffen Gartler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rene Liebezeit in the 77th minute. Ronny Liebens kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Steffen Gartler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nino Kalweit in the 79th minute of the match. Marc-André Arendt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Kirchberger in the 82nd minute of play. Rene Liebezeit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93 played minutes Fc GaLaTaSaRaY got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Josten. Benjamin Partsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Steffen Gartler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fc GaLaTaSaRaY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Blümelhub's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Blümelhub.
