Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nils Mazur took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of FC Blümelhub booed when Reautz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingo Ebersbach didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Benjamin Partsch came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the FC Blümelhub fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Partsch couldn't finish the play. Hansjörg Gerber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Marc-André Arendt made a huge save. Reautz's Ingo Ebersbach suffered a sore thigh after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 15 minutes into the game, Robin-Pascal Prause was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blümelhub's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reautz the free kick. After having played for 20 minutes, Nils Mazur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reautz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Mazur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian von Husen took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc-André Arendt. Marc-André Arendt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Steffen-Julian Ramusch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Bach having to interfere. Hansjörg Gerber struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Marc-André Arendt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reautz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Liebezeit was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Hansjörg Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc-André Arendt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Liebezeit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hansjörg Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reautz's supporters rose to their feet, but Hansjörg Gerber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc-André Arendt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian von Husen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marc-André Arendt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc-André Arendt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hansjörg Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Reautz's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Liebezeit came free, but Leon Bach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Peter Straub was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reautz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Blümelhub the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Peter Straub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reautz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
