Artur Marke kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Hubert Besken fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brenndorf's protests and gave Hubert Besken a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bergwerk players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
