After a rather tough play, Terpetzen FSV's Joshua Mertens got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marcel Schennach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Glenz having to interfere. Joshua Mertens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Karsten Eggenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Louis Kirchner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karsten Eggenfeld was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Joshua Mertens came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karsten Eggenfeld could save by the left post. The supporters of Terpetzen FSV booed when Prossegg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Schreyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Joshua Mertens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th minute of the match, Louis Kirchner tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Karsten Eggenfeld saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Louis Kirchner to make the kick off. Louis Kirchner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prossegg FC's Peter Schreyer got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Joshua Mertens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Louis Kirchner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Eggenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karsten Eggenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Kirchner, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tim Barthel's late challenge caught a Prossegg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim Barthel helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Schreyer in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven Glenz saved Terpetzen FSV from getting behind. Peter Schreyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Schreyer got free with Sven Glenz in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karsten Eggenfeld didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Louis Kirchner went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
