Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sven Santelmann got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Wacker Innsbruck's Sven Santelmann got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Eike Freitag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Bruhnke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Felix Zeyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Santelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, David Bruhnke managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wacker Innsbruck's supporters rose to their feet, but David Bruhnke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Zeyer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urs Treiber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jannick Quint came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Klaffer's Eike Freitag. But to his dismay, Eike Freitag quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 33 minutes, Eike Freitag managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klaffer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eike Freitag was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jannick Quint took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Birkle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Santelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helge Wellnitz during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Klaffer getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Helge Wellnitz hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eike Freitag stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Viktor Spreitzer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Klaffer's Felix Zeyer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Eike Freitag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klaffer's supporters rose to their feet, but Eike Freitag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannick Quint breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eike Freitag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jannick Quint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Birkle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurice  Horsky got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klaffer's goalkeeper Felix Zeyer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jan Birkle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Ivan Koschera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klaffer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wacker Innsbruck the free kick. A collision led to Klaffer getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ivan Koschera hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Bernhardt Patten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Zeyer skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, FC Wacker Innsbruck's Jannick Quint got control of the ball when Jan Birkle tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Klaffer's goal looked a bit too open when David Bruhnke came free, but Felix Zeyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Wacker Innsbruck were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Klaffer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernhardt Patten took the corner. FC Wacker Innsbruck's Bernhardt Patten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felix Zeyer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Klaffer's Felix Zeyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Santelmann in the 87th minute of play. The FC Wacker Innsbruck supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Klaffer's performance. The match ended with a win for Klaffer.
