Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Steve Jochum kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Steve Jochum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voitsberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Steve Jochum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tristan Fontaine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tristan Fontaine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark-André Becker went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 8 minutes into the match, Voitsberg's Ruben Kaumanns sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Fontaine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Ruben Kaumanns made a precise shot to the right of Tristan Fontaine. Birgitz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Michael Szüczs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Thieme having to interfere. Rene Hennemann charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Hennemann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Birgitz FC got a freekick which was hit by Rene Hennemann. Tristan Fontaine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Jochum in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Philipp Reuters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Voitsberg's Bernd Pätzolt tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Ruben Kaumanns left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Voitsberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Steve Jochum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Fatih Pierron notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Birgitz FC's Tristan Fontaine. Tristan Fontaine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

After 53 minutes, Mark-André Becker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Voitsberg and the Birgitz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Birgitz FC booed when Voitsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark-André Becker didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Michael Szüczs made a precise shot to the right of Andre Thieme. Voitsberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After 61 minutes of play, Voitsberg's Steve Jochum made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristan Fontaine was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruben Kaumanns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steve Jochum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tristan Fontaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Steve Jochum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristan Fontaine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Jochum in the 78th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Voitsberg's zone, Michael Szüczs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Thieme came out of the goal and Michael Szüczs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birgitz FC's Tristan Fontaine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Jochum in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Birgitz FC's goalkeeper Tristan Fontaine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Steve Jochum scored 6-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tristan Fontaine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
