Max Josten struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Mats Setzinger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strahlendes Fukushima FC. Roland Pircher hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Tristan Rittel made a precise shot to the right of Mats Setzinger. Wiener Sport-Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Claas Marchl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Berg having to interfere. Max Josten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Mats Setzinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claas Marchl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthäus Klöting's late challenge caught a Strahlendes Fukushima FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthäus Klöting helped the player get up and apologised. Mats Setzinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Josten in the 31st minute of play. Mario Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Dorazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Claas Marchls short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Mario Berg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Roland Pircher got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Strahlendes Fukushima FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marc Dorazil made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Dorazil in the 60th minute of play forced Strahlendes Fukushima FC's goalkeeper Mario Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Dorazil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes, Strahlendes Fukushima FC's Tim Pürk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mats Setzinger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Strahlendes Fukushima FC reached it. Mario Berg came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Wiener Sport-Club's Claas Marchl. But to his dismay, Claas Marchl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 94th minute Sascha Eder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Strahlendes Fukushima FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wiener Sport-Club.
