Spectators: 6790 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 0) Stephan Grünewald made the kick off and thus started the match. 8 minutes into the match, Hermann Bokor notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Austria Salzburg's Niclas Rohde. Niclas Rohde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Jochen Ansorge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Justus Stadel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörg Vanek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Niclas Rohde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Edewecht in the 21st minute of play. Justus Stadel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jörg Vanek came out and tried to block the shot, but Justus Stadel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 22nd minute. Justus Stadel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niclas Rohde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermann Bokor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Austria Salzburg's Stephan Grünewald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jörg Vanek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stephan Grünewald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jörg Vanek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austria Salzburg's Niclas Rohde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermann Bokor in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Torben Heil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justus Stadel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ralf Sylvester kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermann Bokor to make the kick off. Torben Heil kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Stephan Grünewald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörg Vanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Austria Salzburg's Justus Stadel got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Ralf Sylvester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörg Vanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justus Stadel in the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match Dominik Schachner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jörg Vanek skillfully saved the ball. SC Grimmenstein's Jörg Vanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Grünewald in the 70th minute of play. Justus Stadel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörg Vanek having to interfere. Justus Stadel scored 4-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jörg Vanek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermann Bokor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Rohde having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hermann Bokor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Niclas Rohde. That made the score 4-2 in the 93 minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Grimmenstein's Florian Schlüter got a free kick in the 98th minute. Austria Salzburg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
